I would like to know what is a good time to call and speak with Eli, about real estate listing.
My cousin who is a lawyer in Manila, Valentiono Dionela ,will be handling the closing transaction settlement funds and title transfer.
All I need is a realtor that will list the property, advertise it, try to sell it, and put a for sale sign on it.
The builder said it is 1.5 to 2 mil.
I want to list at 1.7 and bottom price 1.3
Or auction begining at 1.3
