SM Development Corporation in Bacolod City

Just recently, SM Development Corporation (SMDC) invited all members of the Philippines Association of Realtors Board (PAREB) in Negros Occidental to attend their product presentation in Business Inn, Bacolod City.

The team of SMDC from Manila was lead by Ms. Shiela Borromeo who is a Negrense from Bacolod. This is the first time that SMDC introduced their condominium projects in Manila to the Bacolodnons and Negrenses.

The projects they introduce are the Green Residences near De La Salle Taft, the Blue Residences besides Ateneo de Manila and 12 other condominium project located strategically in different places in Metro Manila.

The presentation and gathering were fruitful. It seems that the licensed brokers and their agents present were excited to be accredited and be part of SMDC projects.
